Default How about a "TroubleShooting" header?

I think that with all the builds out there, most problems have been encountered and remedied.
How about a header for troubleshooting where people can identify a problem they had, and their remedy?
This could be overseen or edited by some of the more knowledgeable people on the board and used as a reference for all members.

Thanks
