On December 16th in the House Of Representatives the two Representatives from the Republic of Texas told the Speaker of the house this.

They were not sent to Washington by the People of their State to plot against them ,Nor gamble with their Future.
If the People of your State expect that from you then fine ,the People of our State will meet us at the Border with a rope.

The Speaker was then given the Articles of Texas Independence , Sovereignty , along with Documents showing that Texas did not surrender ,but a cease fire was signed by both Her and Grant and later She was asked to rejoin the Union.

The Articles of Restated Statehood were signed by Grant when he Was the President. Allowing Texas to retain her Nation status ,and the Freedom to leave the Union anytime the situation was seen to have become something detrimental to Her own Constitutional laws.

This Agreement has been ratified 4 times sense then , During the carter Administration an Agreement was made on Oil Reserves .
This has been confused as Texas giveing up its independence and this is false. She gave up Lease rights ,and She can still secede at any time.

Texas has basically has told Speaker Pelosi and the Obama Team,that frightening and threatening the People of the United States was not going to be tolerated for long.
Ramming down the Economy so that one of their own Design can be put in place is also unacceptable.
The Threats of Martial law are very foolish threats, and only continue to test the resolve of the American People.

All of this stems from the fact that Congress and the Elite wish to continue their lavish lifestyles at the expense of the American Peoples rights ,and the radical reduction of their meager over taxed existence, over a problem they didn't cause ,or even had any say so in.

As elected officials of the State of Texas ,we have the obligation to ensure the safety and prosperity of the People and the Republic.
Economic Hardship under False representations by Washington , is to be rectified ,and the prosperity and security returned and ensured by the State of Texas to the citizens of This Republic.
Even if this includes doing so by other means, other than those that were available from the Federal Government.

Upon hearing this Obama and who ever else is doing this, attacked Texas for Her Gold Reserves ,calling them slavery blood money.
Once again playing the Race Card , hopeing for a public outcry.
Obama now knew to Bankrupt America ,you have to start with Texas first.

When Pelosi then asked if Texas was stupid enough to do what it says in these papers ,A Wealthy Texas Oil Mogul asked her if she was stupid enough to push it.
He then asked Pelosi if Texas did act on Her rights ,did Pelosi know that at that point the cease fire between Texas and Washington was in default?
And that an agreement to replace that cease fire was never formed.
If Texas does what She says She will have to do for her Citizens ,then that is an act of secession, because She will at that point be printing her own money.

Liberals across Texas were howling , but that stopped when they were told if it wasn't what they felt was right for them ,they would be free to leave.
Just because Washington wishes to trash the Constitution unless it is convenient for them.
Does not mean that The Republic of Texas is going to do the same.

It looks like it is heating up again ,every Country in Europe thinks that Texas will eventually leave the US.
And that She will have a lot of shadows following her.

The overconfidence of these people is without equal,, the fact that they expect the citizenry of this country to bow to each and every decree that they hand down,, they are so whistling past the graveyards of this nation. nancy got in the house 'cause the 'progessives' in SF are so ashamed of their success that they needed to relieve their guilt by electing some one that showed the nation that they could "step outside" the old boy network and put a grandmother in washington .............. the fact that said person is an italian catholic grand mother closet communist was just even better. up in my district we have lynn wolsey , who's only real claim to fame is she was a welfare mother that got off the dole by getting elected to congress she tryed to make a land grab of 56,000 acres around Tomalas bay to "protect" the bay from things like dairy's, hay farmers vineyards fishermen kyackers private land owners in general when the locals said "ARE YOU F&CKING CRAZY!!!! she got all weepy and said that she thought every body would just see her trying to protect the 'environment' and what was wrong with that ?? .... I've worked a lot for the local pbs station on the election night shows ,and I can tell you .having seen both lynn and nancy up close , neither one is a rocket engineer (a scientist doesn't have to be right every time. the engineer does other wise people can die in all kinds of interesting new ways ) you know Doc Savage's son Russ Wiener ran for state assembly as a conservative republican in marin and sonoma co..... he did great as long as no one asked what party he was ...... lots of people said 'i like you kid, but I can't vote for a repub , cause my friends wouldn't talk to me'. when he beat the picked repub candidate in the primary the local repubs cut off his funding ....... then russ went to LA and founded Rock Star drinks ............ (just a side note) I can't wait to get out of here I've got cousins in Huston , Austin in the welding supply bizz. may be I should look them up soon. Irreversably Racing at Light Speed towards our "Camel's Back", will result in far more damage to the spinal column than any Chiropracter can fix. At a minimum, the Vet will be building a full body cast, and the resultant trauma may well portend a TERMINAL condition for ole Clyde!!!!
