1919 A4/A6 PISTOL GRIP ONLY. IT WILL NOT WORK WITH A SPADE GRIP.YOU RECEIVE EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE 1919 PISTOL GRIP. You get A CAR Stock from Tapco, A rubber Butt Pad, The threaded Stainless Steel Adapter, A CAR Stock Wrench, The original CAR spring, Buffer and the endplate adapter
