Ordered 20 received 19 still owed 1 - Seems I was lucky to get the 19 even with their crappy finish.

if you have not filed with the ag's office please-please do so now ! We need everyone on board for this - there have been no refunds because they took off with the money - wake up and file today !!!!

you stand no chance of getting your money back by doing nothing so file now.

even if you are owed 1 your still being riped off

I got a check in the mail today.
I wll post if I have any problems cashing it.
At this point I would not think so or they would have just held the check longer.
There is a endorsement on the back that says you will not post about the Penleys and B and D.
So after I cash this I will wait and report in ten days that it cleared and will say no more except to pull my complaints.
I feel like I know some people here and actually posted something usefull in another thread.
I will be back if this doesn't get me banned.

Just to add something useful to this (my banking credentials previously mentioned). That "endorsement" is actually called an instruction on the back of the check and has absolutely NO legal weight. There are only a few legally recognized instructions (such as "for deposit only") and that is not one of them. For such an instruction to be legally binding you would have to both agree in writing on a seporate contract. AND for a contract to be binding you would have to be offered some sort of compensation in consideration for following that instruction. Your refund, that you are already entitled to, is not that compensation.

I filed with the AG a few weeks ago, do they send out anything to show that they received the complaints and that they are working on it?

Yes they will send you a form that you will have have to sign and return.

Ordered 4 at $100 each back in March/April, waiting for the money order company to fax me the front/back so I can start the process.
