Review: Frank Iannamico's Base Shop Data Manuals CD by staff@1919a4.com Frank's done it again. You'll probably recall our review of Frank's book on the Browning machine guns, titled Hard Rain. Simply put--if you own a 1919a4 or other Browning rifle, that book's a "must own." Now Frank's painstakenly searched the globe, and has put together a CD with five of the rarest U.S. Base Shop Data manuals. These manuals include some of the most detailed information available on the complete disassembly and assembly of the 1919a4/a6, with clearly illustrated line drawings and detailed text. The level of detail in both the text and the drawings leaves nothing to the imagination--if you have questions about specific parts for specific Browning rifles, you'll want to pick up a copy of this CD. All of the manuals are in Adobe PDF format, and Frank has included a stand-alone version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software in the CD so you won't have to hunt around online trying to find a copy. here's a pic of the front cover of the CD The text in the manuals was scanned in high resolution, so you can zoom in and won't lose any clarity until you go beyond 400 percent.
