One of the best displays...!! I would think a collector of this caliber (pun intended) would know Hayes Otopolic. When I went to get a couple 1917 carts he did not want,I was given a brief tour. Hayes said he had 750 machine guns. Obviously, the collection shown is primarily a WW2 collection. Hayes's collection dates from pre-Revolutionary War thru 'Nam with an emphasis on War between the States and WW1. So much history...so little time left to collect...LOL.
When I first "met" Hayes via email, I thought Otopolic was part of the company name (probably Greek) because I was buying optics from him. Get it? Otopolic / Optic ??
I saw this on another board too- While it is pretty cool, I know at least 5 or 6 guys with bigger collections. they do not do you tube though. As noted, a good will and a good executor would be critical.....
Well, I dont wanna nitpick, but somebody should tell him that the T54 was NOT the tank that 'fought off all the Nazi's in Russia'.
He should get rid of all those uniforms and make room for his crowded weapon collections. Just my .02....ya know, because Im from the internet and my opinion matters.
That's a lot of stuff! Cool video. Thanks for posting.
